2. Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1-2 working day delivery.  Please order before 3pm for same working day dispatch.  Otherwise orders will be dispatched next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your item(s) have been dispatched.

Delivery is charged at £3.95 per order for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and £5.50 for Royal Mail tracked 24.

We currently do not offer international delivery outside of mainland UK but watch this space!

What are your packaging options?

All items are dispatched in Livetta branded packaging. Our packaging is minimal, in Kraft boxes which are all recyclable. Please note, the foam inserts cannot currently be recycled, however, we are trying to find alternatives to change this.

Gift packaging is not currently available, however, we are exploring eco friendly options to offer this in the future.

What is sterling silver and gold vermeil?

Sterling Silver is at least 92.5% pure silver which is alloyed with 7.5% other metal, normally copper. The alloy enables the silver to be malleable enough for the jewellery making process.

Sterling silver is required to be hallmarked if the item weighs more than 7.78 grams and therefore any item which meets this threshold will be hallmarked.

Gold vermeil is sterling silver coated with 2.5 microns of gold. This is five times thicker than traditional gold plating and more durable.

Our jewellery is not currently made out of recycled metals however we are working hard to change this to reduce our carbon footprint.

How do I care for my Jewellery?

Our jewellery has been made with love and care to be loved by you. We're confident in the quality of our products so that with the correct care, they will be timeless.

We recommend following these guidelines:

- Remove all jewellery before going to bed, washing or taking part in physical activities.

- Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals or creams.

- Regularly clean your products to avoid the build up of residue.

- METALS only: If using a jewellery cleaning product, rinse with water and pat dry with a clean cloth afterwards. Polish with a clean polishing cloth.

- PEARLS only: The only cleaning that is required is with a dry, soft cloth.

Can I wear my jewellery in water

We recommend removing your jewellery before any water exposure.

Do

Clean and gently polish your jewellery with a soft mocrofibre cloth after each wear to help tarnishing.

Avoid

Wearing jewellery to bed. Contact with sunscreen, mousturisers, perfumes or chemical products. Exposure to salt water or chlorinated water.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. For peace of mind, all of our jewellery comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any manufacturing faults or defects under normal wear.

The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, accidental damage, or general wear and tear. If you believe that your piece is faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos, and our team will be happy to assist.

Can I change my order details?

If you need to change your details after submitting an order, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

How is your jewellery produced?

We pride ourselves on ensuring that we only use the highest quality suppliers and we have spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that all items are produced whilst adhering to the highest possible ethical standards.

All items are handmade at a workshop in Thailand by a supplier that is a Fairmined licensee, meaning that all metals come from responsible mining communities. They also support additional artisanal and low-carbon mining sources. Fundamental to our principles is the fact that all employees are provided with far more than the minimum legal requirement and their wellbeing is of paramount importance.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
